Shane helped us purchase our first home. From pre approval till the loan moved into processing he was there for us every step of the way to help answer all of our questions even when we called him on his cell phone after business hours he always picked up and was more than happy to answer any question we had , (being first time buyers we had a lot of them!) I went into this process with Rocket Mortgage and to be perfectly honest I was not expecting it to be easy or uneventful. Let me say this.... WOW, I was blown away by the service that Samantha provided from start to finish!!! From a customer service perspective (which I am very sensitive to) Samantha in my most honest opinion has set the highest bar ever!
