Kyle was wonderful from start to finish. He took care of every detail and even called us after the closing to congratulate us! Kyle advised us not to pursue our original home bid, due to the seller requesting us to waive the appraisal. Kyle was always responsive to our questions and facilitated our loan process. Easiest we ever had!! You can't go wrong with Kyle and Rocket Mortgage.

Pamela was awesome from the pre-approval all the way to closing. She even offered to look over the figures of a competitor and tell me if it was a better deal or not. I can't say enough good things about Pamela and the whole Rocket Mortgage experience!! I got my pre-approval in February and closed on my house April 1st, the whole process was smooth!
