Sorry this took so long to leave feedback. Christine answered ALL my questions which is better than every other representative I have ever dealt with at any company. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Closing on my loan took about 45 days from the point of first contact with Christine. This was by far the easiest closing I've had on a mortgage. Our loan process was fabulous. It took 6 days from start to finish to refinance our home. Was able to do it all online and they even sent a notary to sign our documents to us while we were on vacation in another state. Second time we have used Rocket Mortgage and we would absolutely call them first if and when we ever need another!
