Josephine was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and committed to making the whole process seamless and painless. Non-Josephine related -please change the hold music. It’s awful.

Jacki made the process work with relative ease. We were able to close 30 days after having a signed contract and that timeframe included the entire week of Christmas and New Years.

Chris was a pleasure to work with from the first call, which I thought would be a short check-in. We went straight to work on starting the process. Provided all the information needed in about one hour, and we were off to approval!! Thanks Chris for all the help.
