Mark is always available and on top of his game 24 7 if he immediately does not have the answer you are looking for he is very fast to find it and get right back to you. My wife and I used Mark for our first time buying a home and withing 60 days from our first phone call to mark at Rocket Mortgage we where moving in to our first house.
