I really enjoyed working with Brian – he is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my wife and I navigate through the entire mortgage process, and actually made it fun. Brian was always available for questions (even after working hours and on the weekends). We were able to access the Rocket Mortgage Rocket Mortgage online portal from anywhere and get the latest update on our application...I really enjoyed working with Brian – he is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Given the fact that this was my first experience in purchasing a home by myself I was extremely happy. Right off the starting line Jay made me feel like I was the only client he had.
