Toby was so great to work with. Toby was the first person I talked to from Rocket Mortgage and even though I worked with other people throughout the loan process he was always there when I needed him. He kept in touch always asking how things were going and made sure I stayed on the right path to getting the home I wanted. He also seems to realize that I am human and not just a number by wanting to know about work, family, hobbies etc. I am a single dad and that was a huge thing for Toby trying to get a nice home for my son and myself.

My credit score was not in the best shape but with Toby's help I was able to get a very nice home that I am able to afford ( no more landlord putting money in his pocket) and build some decent equity.

Toby continues to follow up even though my loan has closed and I am moving into my new house.

I would recommend Rocket Mortgage and especially Toby to anyone looking to buy a home. It is definitely worth it. Read MoreRead Less
