It is nice to finally see the face that goes with thee pleasant voice my husband and I had been dealing with, pretty too. Frank and I decided to refinance our home in Texas after we saw a commercial for Rocket Mortgage. Never, would have imagined that it would have been so smooth and easy. From the moment we called and were blessed to have been connected to Maggie, we hit the JACKPOT! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and pleasant we figured"ok, that was the easy part" because she walked use through it all on the internet. But that wasn't all. She followed up with the process through the end. which didn't take long at all. We were elated at how fast it happened.
