I never thought I'd deal with a mortgage company on the Internet.... but WOW, was I surprised! The entire process, from the first phone call to closing took less than 30 days. I never had to leave my house to get Rocket Mortgage everything they requested. It was a very simple process (if you know how to use a computer) and after about the 10th day into the process, I had completed and delivered...I never thought I'd deal with a mortgage company on the Internet.... but WOW, was I surprised! The entire process, from the first phone call to closing took less than 30 days. I never had to leave my house to get Rocket Mortgage everything they requested. It was a very simple process (if you know how to use a computer) and after about the 10th day into the process, I had completed and delivered (electronically) everything they required. I am now recommending Rocket Mortgage to everybody! Their interest rates were fantastic for an investment property. You can shop and compare, but you'll end up with Rocket Mortgage.
