Martha was wonderful to work with during my refinance process for my home mortgage! She would answer any question that my wife and I would have, and she would always respond promptly, and with a SENSE OF URGENCY! No matter what time of the day I would have a question, I would receive a response from her right away. I never had to worry about not being able to reach her or waiting until the next morning. When my wife and I were trying to decide on which lon would be the best for us, Martha clearly explained each option and the pros and cons of each option. She would follow up with us daily and keep us informed on the status on our loan.
