Donnie was great. He got me started out and then handed me off to the rest of the team. We hit a snag in the process a couple of times and I went back to him with questions. He took care of everything quickly and accurately. The service he gave was excellent and he was friendly and courteous throughout the process.

Ted was awesome! If he couldn't answer when I called, he called back as soon as he was done with whatever he was doing. The banks, due to the way my original loan was written, would not refinance or give a home equity line. Ted took the time to understand our situation and the refinance process was underway. He stayed with us throughout the whole process, even calling after the signing. He knows ...Ted was awesome! First of all, Ryan and Rocket Mortgage saved me a LOT of money. He is very knowledgeable about products available in the marketplace that place you in the best of homes - yours.
