I liked being able to text him questions and even if he had to do research he was honest and always got right back to me. This was my first purchase out of state. If you have ever contacted a mortgage aggregator then you know the experience of feeling like Pyrahna feed. Evan contactd me and after 3 minutes I exhaled as I clearly had found the right broker.
