Travis was extremely helpful, especially in the early steps of my loan. When I had questions, he was always very receptive and responsive. As my loan progressed, Travis checked in several times to make sure my loan was progressing and to answer any other questions that may have arisen. I can't say enough good things about Nick. After he handed everything off on a "silver platter" to a processing agent, things went sideways. The processing agent (aka "purchase escalation specialist") was either incompetent or intentionally malicious, perhaps both. She delayed everything until the very last minute and kept referring to "her team" and "an investor review", which was a complete ...I can't say enough good things about Nick. She delayed everything until the very last minute and kept referring to "her team" and "an investor review", which was a complete nonsense. I contacted Nick for help, because I couldn't deal with her anymore, and he immediately handled the situation to move clear the loan for closing. If it were not for Nick, I would walk away from this deal. Nick is a highly qualified professional, who exhibited patience, understanding and a quick grasp of the situation. If he could do everything himself from start to finish, including closing a loan, it would be an amazing experience. Unfortunately, there are not enough hours in a day for that to happen, and clients regretfully have to suffer through the "purchase escalation specialist."
