It's a huge investment (a house), and your mortgage shouldn't be something you will regret re-doing, it should provide a smile and relief of any stress. I can certainly say Skylar and his entire team have helped me kick back and relax, knowing I will save $65-$70K over the next decade or so, and be able to handle the new payment without a sweat.
