Derek is most efficient and knowledgeable in refinancing. While mine was a HARP loan, it took only a week to get approval and turn it over o the processors. The weakest link in the process was the title people..as a retired real estate/title insurance paralegal I complied with their, though most things asked for were unnecessary. Over the years I have had a number of mortgage and refinance experiences and most were painful, drawn-out processes. Maria and Ouicken Loans have perfected the refinance process model. Maria gave me an estimated 30 days to close and we actually closed earlier. Maria and everyone else we dealt with were efficient and pleasant to work with. Hands down the best mortgage experience we have had.
