From the beginning of the process, I felt Joe was very knowledgable and was very clear on explaining my options. He kept me informed on the progress of the loan along the way and actually had the loan ready to close a week earlier than we had orginally requested. I have already referred 2 friends to Rocket Mortgage because of the great job Joe did for us.
