When I recently approached Rocket Mortgage it had been 25 yrs since the last time I had bought a house and I was a bit lost on the whole process, a little senile, and probably too impatient- and after passing thru the hands of two or three agents, I was beginning to lose perspective of the end goal and was a bit of a pill, I'm afraid.
