My experience with Carl was something I haven't seen in quite a while. Right from day one he was always so helpful and positive. Never negative. He knew what me and my husband were looking to do and he researched every avenue to come up with a solution. We never got stressed with anything he asked us for or needed. When he referred us to Tiffany and for what ever reason I couldn't get her that day I called Carl and he helped me with whatever I needed. I went to a commercial bank before going to Rocket Mortgages and they couldn't help me. Carl and all the employees at Rocket Mortgages that helped us get a refinance on our home were the greatest. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage starting with Carl to anyone interested in a mortgage and or refinance. Thank-you Carl and Rocket Mortgage for helping us.
