I can not express the Great Service I received from Maury and everyone I spoke with at Rocket Mortgage, they were all so positive and so very professional every time I called. Sam verified the details of my loan to help me stay in the loop as the loan processed. His positive attitude kept me positive. Iman was great to work with for my mortgage. I was very nervous as a first time home buyer but Iman was extremely helpful and eased my nerves and went through all the steps with me. I called Rocket Mortgage because of your advertising. I stayed and completed my loan with you because of the great service from Tracy. It can be very difficult to navigate the refinance of a home but even more so when you are a little older and need a bit more guidance and patience from the service provider.

Tracy was very patient with me guiding me through the process. Tracy promptly responded to every question I had, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was stress free because I knew Tracy was going to make sure everything went as he described. I got a great loan, excellent service and it was a very fast process.
