I was referred to Rocket Mortgage through Credit Karma. The timing was perfect for me so I contacted them through the Credit Karma website. The response was immediate. After a short discussion with Kent the refinance loan I was looking for was in process. Everything Kent and his team stated He (they) could do he (they) did. Everything Kent and his team stated He (they) could do he (they) did. There were no surprises and all the bumps in the road we ran across were resolved with little or no effort on my part. When it was all over and done with 15 years were eliminated from my home loan payoff and the monthly payment was virtually the same. Evertything was hassle free and exceeded my expectations. Chris is great. There were never any unanswered questions. He was available after hours. He is a great resource for customers. I wish I had Chris the first time I bought a house.

I will strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone I know buying a home.

James was excellent to work with, I had called several times and spoke with James, he made everything go very smooth. James was also very prompt in returning phone calls.
