Five!! I am amazed at how well my-refi went. This is the first time in 10 years that I have any faith in my mortgage company. The other mortgage company I was with was a nightmare. The experience with Rocket Mortgage has been so much better-they work with you every step of the way, keep you informed and make it very easy to pay your mortgage. I pay my mortgage in 2 monthly installments ...Five!! I am amazed at how well my-refi went. This is the first time in 10 years that I have any faith in my mortgage company. The Rocket Mortgage refi and closing process was painless, unlike my other financing and closing experiences. (Title companies make me feel uncomfortable. They don't give you a chance to preview the docs before signing and I always had the nagging feeling I was signing something I shouldn't be.)

On the other hand, my experience with Rocket Mortgage couldn't have been better. The documents were express mailed to me several days before my scheduled closing so that I could review them completely. Rocket Mortgage's closer met me after work at my office, explained every document to me and I felt very comfortable with signing for the first time in my life. How cool is that?!!! Read MoreRead Less

most of everything was on line and uploaded thru "myRocket Mortgage" page, very easy to do just scan and upload.

Not only did Alex explain the process thoroughly but he's great at anticipating future snags and relating same so one can be ahead of the game. He also responds to phone calls, Emails and texts in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for except that he has a good sense of humor and has a relaxing demeanor.
