Peter was a pleasure to work with! I have never met him in person and I had never talked to him before.
But when I first made contact with a refinance inquiry he was up and running. Peter answered all my questions. His phone calls came Exactly when he said they would. Responses to my emails came back almost instantaneously. The only thing I would change is to get the opportunity to shake his hand!

My experience of re-financing was great ... it was pain free .... Honestly I didn't know how all that happened. Their on-line tool to communicate was excellent .... In matter of days it all got approved and my house is refinanced .... after submitting application they asked me couple of times some papers .. that's all .... lady came to my house to take signatures from my wife and me.
