I was very lucky that Mark Hanna was our agent. He was always very patient and kind and truly cared about my family personally. He explained every single step of home buying smoothly and helped us understand what everything meant. He really took his time and put in so much effort for us. My wife and I appreciated all that he did for us.

Unfortunately, we had extreme health circumstances that interfered and prevented us from following all the way through and we had to give up the house we were buying. We were at the final steps and while it must have been disappointing to our agent as well as our family's, he was genuinely concerned about our health and well being. He never once lost his patience and he always treated us with the utmost respect. We couldn't have asked for a better person to be our agent. We have been referring all our friends and family directly to Mark Hanna for all that have been ready to buy a home.

Although we are still not ready to start looking again, we will be using Mark Hanna in the future when we are that point in our lives.
