I especially liked the way the team has leveraged Information Technology to get things done. I liked being asked to provide documents and having the ability to upload them when I got home. Joseph helped me when Others made it sound like I could not get a better interest rate ...or had enough equity in my house to refinance at a better rate. Turned out I had 3o,ooo equity since purchase price 3 yrs prior and all paperwork was done online and on phone with final paperwork brought to my home.
Additionally Rocket Mortgage has an excellent rating if you look them up.

Every question, every concern, every upload, he took care of it! After hanging up with him I always felt confident everything was being handled.

Cory truly was a friend through-out the entire process. He was so helpful and quick!! His response time to voicemail and email was incredible. One time I needed to upload a document in "Rocket Mortgage" and he called me around 7pm and walked me through. That's right he called me. He even reached out on weekends.

The entire Rocket Mortgage process was a beautiful thing. I have recommend Cory to several friends and will continue to do so. His knowlede in this field and his customer service is first-class.

Our home is gorgeous!! Cory put the keys in my hand just as he promised. I told him if he is ever out my way come by and see the home he helped make happen for me and my family.
