When I first came to Rocket Mortgage, I was a first time house buyer and much of the process was very confusing. I was very lucky that Mark Hanna was our agent. He was always very patient and kind and truly cared about my family personally. He explained every single step of home buying smoothly and helped us understand what everything meant. I was very lucky that Mark Hanna was our agent. He was always very patient and kind and truly cared about my family personally. He explained every single step of home buying smoothly and helped us understand what everything meant. He really took his time and put in so much effort for us. My wife and I appreciated all that he did for us.

Unfortunately, we had extreme health circumstances that interfered and prevented us from following all the way through and we had to give up the house we were buying. We were at the final steps and while it must have been disappointing to our agent as well as our family's, he was genuinely concerned about our health and well being. He never once lost his patience and he always treated us with the utmost respect. We couldn't have asked for a better person to be our agent. We have been referring all our friends and family directly to Mark Hanna for all that have been ready to buy a home.

Although we are still not ready to start looking again, we will be using Mark Hanna in the future when we are that point in our lives. Usually refinancing can be a long drawn out process. Cutter was AWESOME with keeping us informed of how the loan is progressing and everything else! His team members were all awesome too! This is our 3rd refinance in the last 2 years, all with Rocket Mortgage! We have also referred a bunch of people to your website to request a quote. We will not refinance with anyone else!
