Tim is a very personable guy and was helpful throughout the whole process of the loan. Do you want a hassle free process when refinancing or buying? Well Jennifer did just that. I refinanced my loan (with a second loan from the city) with ease. Every step was executed perfectly and I was completely aware of what was going on. Did I mention that most of it was completely done online. What else can you ask for.
