Jon, through a series of phone calls and emails was able to assure me that refinancing through Rocket Mortgage would give us the ability to not only take advantage of a lower interest rate mortgage but would also give us the ability to pay off 1/3 of our credit card debt. The rest of the process, after countless inquiries by yours truly, was straight forward and ever so easy. This I will say about Jon.
