I have been through the loan/refinance process many times and my experience with rocket loans was painless. I only had to submit my information once and that is extremely rare in my experience. With other companies it seems I sent the same information at least 3 times before it was all said and done. Nathan Ricci has the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced working with a loan company for myself or on behalf of my clients. Unfortunately I can't use Rocket Mortgage for manufactured home loans but I will refer Nathan to my friends and family with no reservations. I have finished many homes over the years, and typically over a 5 to 8 year period refinance at least once. I have to say HANDS DOWN this was my best experience in over 35 years of owning a home. This was partly due to the great on-line process that Rocket Mortgage has but to a greater degree on the experience and helpful attitude from Adam .
