This process can be challenging and filled with lots of hoops. Michael delivered on what he quoted me (interest rate, process, etc) and actually at the end got me a better rate than I expected originally, thus saving me more money. He was also super attentive and responsive and led the refi process to funding. Great person to work with and I always reach out to him with mortgage questions which led to two refinancing recently. Highly recommend him!
