Nate kept his word, no matter if it was on a Sunday morning or 9pm at night. this was my 2nd experience in 2 years working with Rocket Mortgage. this time I had 1 home I was selling and 1 home I need to purchase in another state. Jay was an expert in letting me know what my options were AND that I could qualify for a FHA on my new home though I had FHA on my current home. Jay let me know what I qualified for and what my payments would be before I started with my new ...this was my 2nd experience in 2 years working with Rocket Mortgage. this time I had 1 home I was selling and 1 home I need to purchase in another state. Jay let me know what I qualified for and what my payments would be before I started with my new realtor. the My Rocket Mortgage website was fantastic in giving me updates on my loan and anything that i needed to provide so they can process my loan. I found a home and the new home builder wanted a quick 21 day close. Jay and his team made what I thought was the impossible possible. They went to work getting all the paperwork done that was needed to ensure I closed on time. what I liked the most about the entire process was that Jay was always the cool head when I would call him stressed about the closing date. I saved Jay's number in my phone and I'll be sure to call him when I move again. Thanks Jay for making the process easy so that I could focus on my new job and not if my loan was going to close on time.
