Jon, through a series of phone calls and emails was able to assure me that refinancing through Rocket Mortgage would give us the ability to not only take advantage of a lower interest rate mortgage but would also give us the ability to pay off 1/3 of our credit card debt. The rest of the process, after countless inquiries by yours truly, was straight forward and ever so easy. This I will say about Jon. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, easy going, not afraid to go to his supervisor for any additional help to make our refinance possible. Jon, is the fellow to go to. My experience with Nick was very comforting. When I started the process I began to see negative info on Rocket Mortgage. So I chatted with him and every negative remark, he came back with a positive note on that situation. He understood that I was a little nervous and concerned especially when I had to put a deposit down, I felt like they were taking my money, but he explained it completely ...My experience with Nick was very comforting.
