I work with lenders on a daily basis in my work so I am very familiar with the lending process. Nathan Ricci has the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced working with a loan company for myself or on behalf of my clients. Unfortunately I can't use Rocket Mortgage for manufactured home loans but I will refer Nathan to my friends and family with no reservations. I have finished many homes over the years, and typically over a 5 to 8 year period refinance at least once. I have to say HANDS DOWN this was my best experience in over 35 years of owning a home. This was partly due to the great on-line process that Rocket Mortgage has but to a greater degree on the experience and helpful attitude from Adam .
