Time was not on my side, as I needed to get this loan closed in 30 days or less. I was lucky to find Len Schneider to start my mortgage process. From the 1st conversation we had, he was extremely professional and always there to help. We had gone through the entire process and ran into a problem some challenging issues that almost made the deal fall through. Len was going to find a solution for us no matter what. In the world today, where it is so hard to get customer service and people are always looking to say “no,” Len was the total opposite. The entire process he looked for ways to close the deal and make the loan happen. I closed last week on the loan and am proud to say, that with his help, 30 day escrows are still possible! We could not have done it without the help of Len and his entire team. He is someone I will recommend to anyone I know looking for a mortgage.
