Rocket Mortgage advertises their 'Rocket Mortgage', but with Anna it was even faster....no count down. I was inquiring on-line and before I had even finished the form, they called and put me in touch with Anna and we were off the launch pad. The whole process to refinance was quick, complete, efficient and finished within three weeks...fastest refi I have ever done.

Mike Was awesome! He was able to work with me during the evening after normal business hours, which was essential for me due to my job and unavailability during the day. He made financing my home one of the easier things I have ever done. The experience was way different from what I experienced when I purchased my first home and financed with a local bank. Marcus and his team made everything from the application to closing extremely painless and empowering. I was very skeptical about trying to secure a loan myself and not using the conventional method of going through the banks. I was afraid by not meeting face to face and not be dealing with a live person would make it cold and impersonal. I was pleasantly surprised that I was constantly in contact with any member of the Rocket Mortgage team. The team never left me waiting when I was seeking answers and responded promptly. I was never left in the dark about what was required from me and how easy it was for me to do everything from my desk at work and home. That is saying a lot for someone in his late 50's who grew up without cell phones and internet. We haven't signed the papers yet, but that is just a formality.
