Carl is a wonderful guy to work with. After being given the run around by two other mortgage brokers, we actually called him on a Sunday and he answered the phone! He told the documents we needed and he had us approved the same day! He was attentive and patient as I asked to run a few scenarios until we had a solid payment plan set up and there were no surprises at closing.
