A close friend of mine, a professional in the field himself, strongly recommended someone from another company, cautioning me against Rocket Mortgage. My friend made a convincing argument, noting that because Rocket Mortgage is such a large organization I could fall through the cracks as soon as I committed with them, that it might be difficult to contact someone, that there'd be delayed response times, that having an agent in a different state would complicate the process, that the process would take longer, and that I would not have the direct one-on-one connection that someone local at a smaller agency could provide. Again, I took to Google and read up on all that I could, business ratings, customer reviews, etc. At this point I had already talked to Zach at Rocket Mortgage and liked him from the start. Sure I had my reservations about going with a larger company versus a personal referral but Zach made it impossible for me to say "no". He nailed every item on my checklist. He was knowledgeable, timely, and available even when I wasn't his client. This was a person I wanted on my team, especially for something so long-term.

I went with Zach and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and as promised. There were no tricks or hidden fees and I could get a hold of him 10 out of 10 times. Without fail, when I had a question, he was there.

The bottom line is, go with Zach. You won't regret it.
