I closed on my house 5/16/2016 the exact day that Josh told me i would close. The whole home buying process is a nightmare. The only smooth part of our process was when our point of contact was Josh. He does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. That might not seem like a big deal but when it comes to mortgage companies it is.
