I had put off trying to get a home refinance for some time because every time that I would try they would say that they couldn't help me. So I reluctantly called Rocket Mortgage and spoke with Kyle. I told Kyle about the situation and he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He told me that he would see what they could do. To my amazement we were able to go forward with the refi. To my amazement we were able to go forward with the refi. Kyle made the whole process pain free. He helped me throughout the process. We were able to close on the refinance in 3 weeks. I was blown away at how easy it really was. I am so glad that I did call Rocket Mortgage to get the refinance done on my house, it has saved me 600-700 a month. All I can truly say is Thank You So Much for making my refinance experience great.
