I was in a bind dealing with my divorce and had to buy the house outright from my Ex. Sumer was very understanding with this issue and assisted me with the purchase. I ran into some rather large bumps in the road due to the legal actions taking place. Sumer even made some calls for to my attorney to clarify some unanswered questions regarding legal issues.
