I thought the on-line procedures were extremely easy, and things closed nicely. A year later, I was beginning a new job about 140 miles away and needed to buy a new home. I was definitely going back to Rocket Mortgage and I called, told them what I was looking at, and got a referral to Dana. And, she delivered service quite superbly. Being somewhat of a nervous-nelly, I asked dumb questions about the process (especially when could I lock in the rate) and Dana walked me through that process and gave comfort that we were going to close on time. We did, I am happy, and she is wonderful. All calls were returned timely and had a few unexpected "check in" calls just to see that I was OK.
