He patiently watched and waited until he was able to offer a program which required none of the above. On the day of the closing, the closing agent came to my home. It took less than 30 minutes to close and now I'm saving about $80 per month on my mortgage payment. The whole process was so simple, that I really was "amazed!" When I asked Garrett why Rocket Mortgage would do this for me, he simply said, "the value of a good referral from one of our clients is worth more to us than the money it will cost us to close your loan." That reminded me of the biblical proverb "a good name is rather to be chosen than great riches." As a result, I have referred Rocket Mortgage to several family and friends.
