Brandon Matti and Jennifer Parks held my hand, and walked me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone! Not to mention with the app, and online log on for Rocket Mortgage you can always see what documents you need, what you need to do next, where in the process you are, and a little chat window for questions and concerns. Rocket Mortgage is defiantly where the future of mortgage is going.
Now I only wish I lived closer to their headquarters, I myself have a customer service related job and would only be so lucky to work for a company with such amazing customer service support!
