Pamela was awesome from the pre-approval all the way to closing. She even offered to look over the figures of a competitor and tell me if it was a better deal or not. I can't say enough good things about Pamela and the whole Rocket Mortgage experience!! I got my pre-approval in February and closed on my house April 1st, the whole process was smooth!
