I started to know Cheryl Buss when I requested a mortgage quote from Rocket Mortgage online. Cheryl Buss called me shortly and introduced to me how Rocket Mortgage can help me with the mortgage. She was very clear in explaining all involved fees related to the loan and closing.

During the time when I was looking for houses, Cheryl followed up with me often. She is always reachable. Whenever I had any questions, she always got back to me quickly. One Friday evening I wrote an email to her asking some question regarding the interest rate disclosure document, she emailed me back in less than an hour at the weekend night.
