I started working with Cory in the fall of 2015 when I initially was starting to look into buying a house. I really had no idea of what to expect when purchasing a house so it was a little overwhelming to say the least. I was tied into a town house lease until June of 2016 so Cory had to deal with my non stop questions for 6 months . He has done everything he told me he was going to and within the time frame he told me he would. I feel like he has become a friend and someone I can really trust and to look out for my best interests. This has been a long process because of my situation and he has been patient and understanding of my needs along the way. He has made an intimidating process into something enjoyable for my first house purchase. I am a service manager at a Ford dealership and I realize that good customer service is paramount , and only can hope my customers are treated as well by my staff as I was by Cory. I am very grateful of Jenny; I don’t know if I would have closed on my home today if it wasn’t because of her hard work and dedication. Jenny is very knowledgeable about the loan process and she explain things very well. She responded to my emails and phone calls very quickly. Anna is a superstar! She was so good at her job that I got passed the initial process in no time flat. In less than 2 days, from my inquiring about a refinance and total debt consolidation, this banker had me connected to one of the best mortgage gurus--Michael--that I have ever experienced.

I have bought and sold and mortgaged and refinanced numerous homes and this experience with Anna, Michael,...Anna is a superstar! She was so good at her job that I got passed the initial process in no time flat. In less than 2 days, from my inquiring about a refinance and total debt consolidation, this banker had me connected to one of the best mortgage gurus--Michael--that I have ever experienced.

I have bought and sold and mortgaged and refinanced numerous homes and this experience with Anna, Michael, and everyone along the way, down through the Notary Ann who helped us sign and close, was fast, friendly, professional, and stress-free! I won't ever seek any lender other the Rocket Mortgage for my home mortgage needs.

Consider this timeline! It's April 12th and I'm thinking about a better mortgage rate, consolidating debt and getting cash out. I input some information into a lender-finding app and here comes 3 or 4 ready to go. One stands out from the rest, then I get the call from Anna...the outstander. By April 14th, Michael is on me with what he needs to make it all work. I work with him and in no time flat he has me at closing. A great rate, total debt-consolidation and cash out, all happened in 21 days, a mere 3 weeks from the thought to fruition. We closed on May 3rd. Mind blown!!!

This was my first home buying experience and Scott not only went above and beyond what I expected but he went above and beyond what anybody would be able to get out of a brick and mortar bank or credit union. Scott went out of his way to stay in contact with me even after the loan was closed just to check up and make sure everything was still good.
