The last refinancing that I went through was a nightmare - and then Cass appeared from Rocket Mortgage. I relayed my bad experience to him and throughout this process with Rocket Mortgage, Cass was very understanding and patient. He explained everything in detail and if I had a question about anything he was more than willing to give me his time. I was able to contact him throughout this process as he even answered my "stupid" questions. Which, by the way, he didn't think was stupid and answered them in a very professional manner in a way that I could understand. Cass treated me with the utmost respect no matter how many times I would call him. At the end, the closing, which by the way was the fastest I ever experienced, the numbers he had told me from the beginning had not changed and stayed true to the end. I cannot thank this man enough as he saved me money which will take me through my retirement without the larger monthly payment that I was facing. I would definitely recommend this man (Cass) as well as the Company he represents (Rocket Mortgage) to anyone who is interested in bettering their financial situation.
