Tony made this process a breeze! I always thought refinancing would be a big/long process, but Tony made it simple. One phone call and he got everything moving. He communicated with me the whole way, which is important with something as big as a refinance. Take it from me, I was scared, but he personally made sure everything went smoothly!!

I found Rocket Mortgage on line and was unfamiliar to their site and loan procedure. I was also out of the loop, since I had not bought a house in over 8 years ! A lot has changed with the way the process is handled since then and Michelle walked me through every step of the way. She was thorough on explanations and very patient to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately,...I found Rocket Mortgage on line and was unfamiliar to their site and loan procedure. I was also out of the loop, since I had not bought a house in over 8 years ! She was thorough on explanations and very patient to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the house we wanted did not work out, but I will contact Michelle when we start our home search again, as I would highly recommend her.
