Sonia (and Rocket Mortgage) has been extremely attentive and helpful at every step of the process — I'd have been lost without her helping to explain the ins and outs of the mortgage process. We often joke in my house that she doesn't sleep, because she's usually able to return calls and e-mails far past a reasonable closing time.

I called Joe one afternoon just to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Next thing I knew we were closing on our home. Joe was always there to answer my questions and put me at ease. He returned my calls right away, even on Saturdays! He always seemed helpful and was more than capable of answering any and all questions I had!

I would recommend him to all!
