Jay is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the area of mortgage lending and proved that in the advice / guidance he gave me. During the setup / underwriting of the loan, I was living in Japan for a foreign assignment with my company. Jay was very accommodating to this situation and assisted me closely in handling all necessary steps over the phone, online and through email. Actually, I never had to personally come into the Rocket Mortgage office or physically mail anything throughout the whole process.
