Well, the only surprise I received during the entire process was how quick, smooth and professional my refi went. Darren made this an experience that was definitely exceeded my initial expectations. I was surprised at the way he and his support staff communicated with me during the refi and am impressed by Rocket Mortgage's online system. The closing was equally impressive and their presentation package was top-notch.
One last note ...... the rate. Obviously I spoke with several other loan brokers/bankers. Not one of them was able to beat Rocket Mortgage's rate. In fact, a couple actually told me I had a great program and rate from Rocket Mortgage.
